This is a private language school managed one of South Korea's top four universities. Since its inception in 1994, the school has grown rapidly--it now has over 40 franchises and is still growing--and become one of the top private language institutes for children in Korea.
Their purpose is to provide all individuals with a well-balanced and inclusive education. Language is taught in such a manner as to bolster respects for human dignity and life, because education is the vehicle through which individuals learn to understand and appreciate the concepts of human kindness and justice.
The teacher shall have a period of training on through its program and system before starting to teach. The training is given on teaching methodology and practical teaching skills such as how to teach a lesson and how to utilize our supplemental aids and tools. The teacher will receive briefings from academic supervisors and will get acquainted with the living and teaching in Korea as well as settling into a new living environment.
Sick leave: The teacher is entitled up to 5 working days of sick leave, provided that he/she presents doctor¡¯s written diagnosis. Unused sick leave may not be compensated.
