Besides 12 years experience
as a senior illustrator and team leader in California, Jay Lee
has over 20 years experience running language institutes and he has seen
it all! On both sides of the Pacific, his management style has been called
reasonable, fair, and highly professional. He has guided many teachers through
various difficulties with compassion, insight and wisdom. Jay's door is always

Jamie Lee
is fully bilingual in both English and Korean languages and
cultures. She was born in California and returned back to Korea to learn her
mother tongue at the age of 13. Since then she built more than 10 years experience
in the field of Human Resources and Communication at international firms.
Most recently at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Korea Ltd., she was in charge of Internal
Communications. She will use her innovative techniques to seek and help those
who believe in helping others fullfill their dreams.

Cindy Messaros worked several years as an ESL teacher
in Korea for Jay Lee. Since then, she has set up successful corporate training
initiatives for immigrants in the workplace, many of whom have gone on to
better jobs and a better quality of life. She continues to teach ESL and confidently
promotes Koreaconnections to teachers looking for a stress free route to overseas,
career-oriented teaching positions.

Sue Lee, US citizen born in Korea, graduated from
Rutgers College in New Jersey with East Asian Studies and a minor in Economics.
Sue is fully bilingual and has vast experience in organizing wide scaled International
events including the UN General Assembly and working as Marketing Coordinator
at Samsung Electronics America. Highly familiar with the US education system
and culture, Sue is passionate to place the right teachers at the right places.

Jimmy Han
is our Marketing Director. He earned his MBA from Yonsei University, Seoul,
Korea. He is currently residing in Canada and has lived in Canada for over
15 years. Fully bilingual with several years of experience in Canada¡¯s education
business, not only does he bring diversity to our group through his vast experience
in both Korean and Canadian cultures, his bold beliefs and strategic expertise
fuel our reputation.
